Iso-8
Wolverine can be effective as a Raider, but he truly shines as a Striker. While his Special is his only multi-target attack, both his Basic and Ultimate abilities focus on hitting a single target, making the Striker class a natural fit. As a Striker, Wolverine maximizes his damage output on priority targets and takes full advantage of his high single-target burst potential. For most situations, the Striker setup will get the best results from his kit.
T4 Priority
P – Passive ability
S – Special ability
U – Ultimate ability
B – Basic ability
Passive – A fully upgraded Passive allows Wolverine, when he has at least three Exalted X-Men allies, to prevent all enemies below 50% Health from gaining Stealth. This is a fantastic upgrade because it stops critically wounded enemies from hiding behind Stealth, making it much easier for your team to finish them off and secure kills. It’s a key improvement for maintaining offensive pressure and controlling the flow of battle, especially against teams that rely on Stealth for survival.
Special – Maxed Special allows Wolverine’s damage output to increase, and his Rebound Chain will now hit up to 5 enemies instead of just 3. This means his attack will not only deal significantly more damage overall but also apply Bleed to a greater number of opponents. The upgrade makes Wolverine much more effective at spreading damage and debuffs across the enemy team, especially in large-scale battles.
Ultimate – At max level, Wolverine’s Ultimate deals 400% Piercing damage, up from 300% when not fully upgraded. This is a significant damage boost, especially considering that if Wolverine defeats an opponent with his Ultimate, he immediately repeats the attack on the enemy with the lowest HP. This upgrade greatly increases his potential to eliminate multiple threats in a single turn, making his Ultimate even more deadly and impactful in critical moments.
Basic – With a maxed Basic, Wolverine will deal slightly increased damage and apply 2 Bleed effects instead of just 1. This makes a noticeable difference, especially since Wolverine excels as a Striker—every extra Bleed he applies increases the pressure on opponents and amplifies his single-target threat. This upgrade enhances his damage-over-time potential and makes his Basic even more valuable in both sustained and burst-focused battles.

About Character
James “Logan” Howlett – Wolverine is one of Marvel’s most iconic and enduring superheroes. Wolverine quickly became a central figure in the X-Men universe and a fan favorite due to his fierce attitude, complex personality, and extraordinary powers.
Wolverine’s mutant abilities include superhuman senses, strength, agility, and, most notably, a powerful healing factor that allows him to recover from almost any wound, injury, or disease at an accelerated rate. This rapid regeneration makes him nearly impossible to kill and greatly slows his aging process, giving him a long and mysterious past. Additionally, Wolverine possesses retractable claws made of bone, which were later coated with the virtually indestructible metal adamantium, making them razor-sharp and capable of cutting through almost anything.
A significant part of Wolverine’s story revolves around his struggle with his own nature. He is often portrayed as a lone wolf, battling his inner rage and animal instincts while striving to do what’s right. Despite his tough and sometimes gruff exterior, Wolverine is deeply loyal to his friends and teammates and is willing to make great sacrifices for those he cares about.
Throughout his history, Wolverine has been a member of various teams, including the X-Men, X-Force, the Avengers, and even the Canadian superhero group Alpha Flight. He has taken on countless enemies, from ordinary criminals to powerful supervillains, and his adventures have spanned the globe and beyond.
Wolverine’s enduring popularity comes from his complex character—a combination of relentless determination, vulnerability, and a search for redemption. He embodies the idea that no matter how dark one’s past may be, it is possible to fight for a better future. Wolverine remains a symbol of resilience, courage, and the unbreakable spirit of Marvel’s mutant heroes.
In Marvel Strike Force, Wolverine takes on the role of a Brawler, capable of inflicting massive damage on his enemies. While his offensive power is immediately apparent, Wolverine also brings a suite of remarkable abilities that enhance his overall impact in battle.
All of Wolverine’s attacks deal Piercing damage, which means they ignore enemy Armor and hit even harder. He excels at applying Bleed to his targets, weakening them over time, and can strike both single and multiple enemies depending on the situation and usage of his abilities. Wolverine’s Ultimate ability is particularly lethal: if he defeats an enemy with it, he will immediately repeat the attack on the most injured opponent, making it possible for him to eliminate two foes in one devastating turn.
Survivability is another of Wolverine’s trademarks. He passively heals himself on turn during battle, and when defeated, he has a 25% chance to revive. This chance jumps to 100% if he is fighting alongside at least three Exalted X-Men allies, ensuring that as long as his team is intact, Wolverine will keep getting back up—unless the enemy uses attacks that block revives. Furthermore, whenever Wolverine drops below 50% health, he gains a 100% Block Chance, allowing him to deflect the majority of incoming attacks and greatly boosting his durability.
When Wolverine is part of an Exalted X-Men team (with at least three allies), he provides important team-wide benefits. He prevents opponents from assisting each other, and any enemy who falls below 50% health cannot gain Stealth, making them easy targets. Wolverine also has a special synergy with Morph: in Cosmic Crucible, at the start of each of his turns, he extends the duration of all positive effects on Morph by one turn, helping Morph maintain crucial buffs longer.
Combining overwhelming offensive power with exceptional mitigation and team support, Wolverine is a fearsome force on the battlefield and an important member of the Exalted X-Men. His relentless nature and powerful abilities make him both a deadly attacker and a resilient character for his team.
