Iso-8
Spider-Woman (Julia) is an excellent fit for the Raider Iso-8 class, as her Special hits all enemies and her Ultimate is a chain attack that can also target multiple opponents. Raider is especially effective for her because, when she’s on the Amazing Avenger team, she passively gains increased Crit Chance from Rachel Cole-Alvez’s Passive. This means she’ll benefit even more from the Raider’s bonus crit effects.
Alternatively, she can also be used as a Skirmisher. Since Julia assists every Amazing Avenger ally, setting her up as a Skirmisher while the rest of the team are Strikers creates a strong Striker-Skirmisher combo. This setup maximizes Vulnerable application and follow-up damage, making either Raider or Skirmisher a strong Iso-8 choice for Spider Woman Julia, depending on your team’s needs.
T4 Priority
P – Passive ability
S – Special ability
U – Ultimate ability
B – Basic ability
Passive – In Raids, if she has 3 Amazing Avenger allies, Spider-Woman (Julia) will reduce the duration of Safeguard on all enemies by 2 every time she takes a turn. This upgrade is essential for Raid content, as it allows you to consistently remove Safeguard from enemies with each of Julia’s turns, making it much easier to strip away or flip other buffs afterward.
Special – Julia will not only deal more damage with Special but will also apply Blind (for 2 turns) to all enemies that don’t have positive effects. Since both she and Spider-Man can remove or flip buffs from enemies, this upgrade becomes especially powerful in Raids—often allowing Julia to significantly reduce the offensive potential of the opposing team with her Special. Outside of Raids, landing these Blinds can be more challenging if enemies have Safeguard, as the Amazing Avenger team doesn’t have a reliable way to remove Safeguard outside of Raids (except for Spider-Man’s Ultimate, which only affects a single target).
Ultimate – Deal increased damage and, importantly, flip all positive effects into negative effects on both the primary and secondary targets (up from just 2 positives previously). This upgrade is essential for Raids—since Julia will be passively reducing Safeguard on all enemies, she can then follow up by flipping every remaining buff into a debuff on her targets. Outside of Raids, this upgrade can still be useful, but its full potential is realized in Raid content where removing and flipping buffs is crucial for team success.
Basic – Spider-Woman (Julia) flips 2 negative effects into positive effects on herself. Since she always assists her Amazing Avenger allies (unless blocked by enemy abilities), every time she performs an Assist, she will also flip two negative effects on herself into positives—if she has any at that moment. This upgrade is extremely useful, allowing Julia to consistently cleanse and even turn debuffs into an advantage in many situations.

About Character
Few heroes in the Marvel universe can turn the tide of battle quite like Julia Carpenter. As Spider-Woman, Julia weaves more than just psionic webs—she connects teams, strategies, and destinies. Her powers, the result of a secret government experiment, allow her to ensnare foes, swing into action, and shield allies with equal skill.
Julia’s path has taken her from the shadows of clandestine organizations to the front lines alongside the West Coast Avengers, always proving herself under pressure. Balancing her life as a superhero with the responsibilities of motherhood, she brings a depth and determination that resonate with teammates and readers alike.
Stepping into the role of Madame Web only expanded her influence, giving her a new perspective on the interconnectedness of heroes across the Spider-Verse. In the Amazing Avengers, Julia is the tactical core—flipping enemy advantages, sensing danger before it strikes, and ensuring her allies always have the upper hand. Her ability to adapt and lead makes her a cornerstone of any team she joins, and her story is a testament to strength, sacrifice, and the power of connection.
Spider-Woman (Julia) thrives on turning every fight into a tactical puzzle her enemies can’t solve. With her psionic web abilities, she doesn’t just hit hard—she controls the flow of battle, unraveling enemy plans with every move. In Raids, when she’s backed by at least three Amazing Avenger allies, Julia chips away at the enemy’s defenses by reducing the duration of Safeguard on all opponents each time she takes a turn, and every one of her attacks flips positive effects into vulnerabilities.
Before she even plays, the battlefield becomes a trap for her enemies: with three Amazing Avenger allies by her side, foes find themselves unable to manipulate Speed Bar, gain Charged, or pick up Taunt until Julia makes her first turn. Once she strikes, the real disruption begins. Her Ultimate strips all positive effects from her primary target and leaves them Stunned, while her Special attack punishes anyone left without buffs by inflicting both Trauma and Blind. Julia Carpenter keeps her enemies constantly off balance, forcing them to react to her every move while she steadily takes control of the battlefield.
