Scientist Supreme is not a straightforward healer but her team will benefit the most if she is equipped with a Healer ISO-8 class. Her initial debuffs salvo will indeed be stronger with the Skirmisher class but she gains bonus focus on that attack, which should help overcome most resistances.

Passive – In Raids, this character and all Orchis allies cannot gain Trauma. This is one of the most important upgrades for Scientist Supreme and the Orchis team since she has a short cooldown on her special which can flip all negative effects and without Trauma she will always be able to do that. On top of that, this upgrade also allows her to generate 2 ability energy on her turn to all Orchis allies with a negative effect.
Ultimate – Another essential ability as this will apply Trauma to all enemies and non-A.I.M. non-Orchis allies in Raids. Ensuring that Orchis will always have the advantage when it comes to positive effects
Special – will flip all negative effects to positive, instead of random 3. While this might not necessarily be essential since she can use this ability fairly often, it is always better to be able to clear all negative effects at once, so it’s worth upgrading it.
Basic – will slightly increase the damage and will always apply Offense Down, Defense Down, and Slow (instead of 2 random negative effects) On paper, this is a very useful Basic, especially since it is Unavoidable. But her Special and Ultimate have very short cooldowns (3 turns), so she will not use her Basic often if at all in some cases.
