Iso-8
All of Daken’s attacks can hit multiple enemies, which makes him a perfect candidate for the Raider Iso-8 Class. On top of that, he also gains Stealth every time he crits and already has improved Crit Chance, so with the Raider Iso he will be able to Crit almost every time and will remain in Stealth for longer, which will greatly increase his survivability.
T4 Priority
U – Ultimate ability
S – Special ability
P – Passive ability
B – Basic ability
Ultimate – will allow the attack to reduce the Speed Bar of enemies hit by up to 15%, and will increase the damage. This attack hits the primary and adjacent targets so it can end up rewinding more than a couple of enemies and that can end up being useful.
Special – will increase the damage of the attack, and will allow to apply Heal Block and Trauma to enemies that have Stealth, and will also apply Heal Block and Trauma for 2 turns to the enemy support with the Highest Damage. The latter half of this ability can be quite useful, especially when handling enemies like Apocalypse, Dormammy, etc.
Passive – will allow Daken to gain +1 Stealth (up to 3 max) each time he Crits. And, when any enemy gains Stealth, Daken will fill his Speed Bar by +60%.
Basic – will provide a slight increase in damage, can be ignored.

Theory Craft
Daken is the son of Wolverine and his deceased wife Itsu, possessing similar mutant powers, including enhanced senses, a healing factor, and retractable claws. Born in Japan, he was raised by the ancient mutant Romulus with the Japanese slang name “Daken,” given assassin training, and manipulated to think Wolverine killed his mother. Though he eventually learned the truth, Daken has clashed many times with Wolverine and has led a life driven by complex schemes of power, revenge, and discovery.
On the Mercs For Money team, Daken acts like an assassin, dealing damage while often being in Stealth, and hunting down characters that slip into Stealth. He can also prevent enemy Support characters from Spawning with Immunity in War, which can be especially useful against Apocalypse, Cosmo, etc.
Basic – Claw And Fang
Will attack the primary target for damage, and then chain to 2 adjacent targets, flipping Stealth on each target.
This attack can Chain to Stealth targets and cannot be blocked.
Flipping Stealth with a basic attack will end up being very useful, especially against targets like Super Skrull
Iso-8/Counterattack/Assist
The safety attack will only hit the primary target, dealing slightly less damage than with the basic attack.
Special – Can’t Run, Can’t Hide
Energy Cost: 4/4
This ability will hit the primary target and then will chain to 4 adjacent targets, dealing piercing damage, flipping 3 positive effects into negative, and applying 2 Bleed for 1 Turn, and Slow for 2 turns to each target. After the attack, Daken will gain Immunity.
Then, Daken will bonus attack the enemy with the highest damage, ignoring Taunt and Stealth and will flip all positive effects into negative, and will apply 2 Bleed for 1 turn and Slow for 2 turns. If that target had Stealth before the attack, Daken will also apply Ability Block for 1 turn, Heal Block for 2 turns, and Trauma for 2 turns.
In War, he will do another bonus attack with the same effects on the Support enemy with the highest damage.
This attack cannot be blocked, dodged, or counterattacked. And it gains +25% extra damage against targets that had Stealth before the attack.
Ultimate – Cut To Pieces
Energy Cost: 5/7
Will attack the primary and adjacent targets for damage, apply 2 Bleed, and reduce their Speed Bar by 5%. Then Daken will repeat this attack 2 times. Any target that had Safeguard will instead get hit with piercing damage.
Then, Daken will flip 3 negative effects into positive on self and all Mercs For Money allies.
A much simpler ability overall, and the Speed Bar rewind while welcome, is still fairly small for an ability with such a long cooldown. The damage from this attack will be fairly decent and clearing negative effects from his team is a nice bonus.
Passive – Like Father, Like Son
On Spawn, Daken will gain Stealth. On Turn, he will heal himself for 20% of his Max Health. On Crit, gain +1 Stealth up to 3 max.
While Daken can’t passively remove negative effects on turn, he will be in stealth most of the time so he’s less likely to get any debuffs.
When any Wolverine or Old Man Logan ally drops below 50% Max Health, Daken will gain Offense Up for 2 turns.
When this character, or any non-Protector Mercs For Money ally gains Taunt, Daken will remove all negative effects from that character and will apply Stealth. This will ensure that enemies won’t be able to focus target anyone else, except for Pandapool (who is the Protector of the team)
When any enemy gains Stealth, Daken will fill his Speed Bar by +60%.
In War, Daken prevents Support enemies from Spawning with Immunity. So it will be possible to control enemies like Apocalypse.
Passively, Daken gains +40% Crit Chance and +50% Focus. The same benefits are also provided to his Mercs For Money team. While Daken or any Merc For Money have Stealth, they also gain +30% Crit Damage. And, in war, MErcs For Money gain an additional 50% Focus.
Conclusion
Daken has a very narrow specialty – he hates enemies with Stealth. He will gain Speed Bar whenever enemies gain Stealth, he will hit them for more damage and will apply additional debuffs to Stealthy targets.
But he also has other benefits, like preventing Support enemies from Spawning with Immunity,( although this works only in War) or protecting his allies from having Taunt applied to them.
Daken will be a good addition to the Mercs For Money team, and he might even find some limited use as a plug-and-play character in War (to combat Immunity on Apocalypse), or elsewhere (to strip Stealth from Super Skrull)
