Same as most of his Deathseed team, Archangel should be Raider. He has two multi-target attacks. More importantly, he has increased critical chance. Every time he or any Deathseed allies crit, he will passively heal his whole team, so that stat is most important for him.
As a Raider, he will fit efficiently into the Horseman team, and we need to wait a little more to find out his Awakened abilities, but from this perspective, with Raider ISO-8 Class, Archangel will do his jobs in both teams
Raider Class will maximize his efficiency and help him to reach his full potential.

Passive – On maximum level, Archangel Passive will provide 30% Armor and 15% Crit Chance to himself and Death Seed allies. It is a must-have upgrade.
Ultimate – It will increase his already high Damage and transfer all positivities (up from three). You want Archangel to do killing blows on enemies when you play with Death Seed, and by increasing his Ultimate on max, you will also increase his chance to be the executor.
Special – He will do more Damage, but more importantly, he will clear one additional negative effect from the Dead Seed team. It can be helpful in every game mode.
Basic – His Basic is not mandatory to upgrade. It will provide two additional Bleeds on targets in Raids – by any means is not crucial for him or his team. But do not forget that he is a part of something far greater than the Death Seed team, and generally, I suggest upgrading every ability on max for every Horseman character.

Theory Craft
Last Horseman will be in-game soon, but we have his kit, and I can explore his abilities and in-game value.
He is a fourth Horseman of Apocalypse and (at the same time) leader of the new Raid-specialized Deathseed team. We expected a lot of him (and his team), especially in the Raid game mode. At first look, he is going to justify those expectations. At least in Raids where Death Seed will rule over that game mode.

Basic – Wing Wrath
He will attack primary and adjacent targets with a high amount of damage and apply two Bleeds on each (four Bleeds on the primary target in Raids).
Enemies cannot counterattack any of Archangel’s attacks – know that for the rest of the article.
Special – Shard Storm
Cost four ability energy and can be used at the start of the fight. Archangel will clear three negativities from the whole Death Seed (D.S.) and apply Offense Up for two turns to himself and all D.S. allies.
Then, he will attack primary and adjacent targets. On any Block, it will fill his Speed Bar by +20%. On kill, it will apply Offense Down for two turns to all enemies.
Ultimate – Angel of Death
It is a massive single-target attack (700% Piercing) with a low cooldown (3 ability energy). But Archangel will not do just that. He will transfer all positive effects, excluding Taunt and Regeneration, from the primary target to self + flip three random positives to negative.
In Raids, if he kills someone with his Ultimate, it will prolong the duration of all positivities by 1 to D.S. team members.
Passive – Fallen Angel
His Passive is the crucial piece of the puzzle, which creates an unbelievably good Raid team.
On kill, it will generate one Ability Energy for all D.S. members. When the enemy dies, Archangel will attack the most injured enemy (ignoring Stealth and Taunt) and reduce the Speed Bar for all enemies by 10% (25% in Raids). He will also Barrier himself in Raids.
Most importantly, if any D.S. member crit Archangel will heal all D.S. members for 3% of his Max Health.
Passively it will gain 30% Armor and 15% Crit Chance to all D.S. members.
As we can see, the new Legendary character and his whole team will do their job in their game mode. Archangel will dominate (with his team) in the Raid game mode.
He will increase Crit Chance to Death Seed, and wherever any of them Crit, he will passively heal the whole team. Wherever they kill someone, he will reduce the Speed bar to all enemies and give ability energy to his teammates. On top of that, he will attack most injured enemies, so there is a possibility to continue his combo by reducing speed and giving ability energy without any spent turns.
His cooldowns are low, and that is amazing for Raids. At the same time, all three abilities have their purpose and effectiveness. Do not be surprised to finish the whole weave of enemies without them playing after you kill the first one. They (Deathseed) are surely capable of doing that.
