Iso-8
Tigra is a Protector whose focus is to evade incoming attacks, hence giving her Fortifier class won’t be beneficial, while as a Striker she can apply Evades on self with her Iso attacks, so Striker is the sensible choice.
Alternatively, you could always use her as a Raider, especially if you’re lacking Vulnerables. All her attacks affect multiple enemies, so she can apply a decent amount of Vulnerable effects.
T4 Priority
U – Ultimate ability
S – Special ability
P – Passive ability
B – Basic ability
Ultimate – In War, it will clear Immunity from all enemies and then apply Trauma to them. Applying Trauma to everyone is a very valuable ability, so it’s a must.
Special – In War, this will apply Safeguard and Immunity to herself. This is the ability that you will start the fight with, and since Tigra will be the first one to take a turn, you will have Safeguard early on. Which is a good thing.
Passive – In War, this will lower the Damage Reduction and Resistance for all enemies.

Theory Craft
First introduced as The Cat in the 1972 original comic by the same name, Greer Nelson began her superhero career with her physical and mental potential unlocked by experimental procedures and a gadget-heavy catsuit. After suffering a life-threatening injury during a selfless act of heroism, the mystically evolved Cat People saved her by transforming her into the legendary half-human, half-cat warrior Tigra that we know today.
Imbued with astounding superhuman strength, agility, and stamina, Tigra has fought alongside the various team lineups of Avengers. Now, she is prepared to join new arrivals, Mockingbird and Ronin, alongside long-time S.T.R.I.K.E. veterans, The Thing and Agent Coulson, as a Hero, Global, Bio, Protector focused on damage and evasion for the New Avengers.

Counterattack breaks this Chain.

In War, gain +1 Evade up to a maximum of 5.
Special – Stalks Her Prey

- Gain +1 Taunt, up to a maximum of 3.
- Gain Defense Up and 3 Deathproof.

- Lower Resistance by 50% for all enemies with Bleed.
- New Avenger allies gain +20% Damage.
- New Avenger allies gain +15% Max Health.
Conclusion
Tigra’s Abilities will allow her to be a decent Protector for her team. She is pretty fast and in her team, she’ll be the second person to take a turn. In War on her first turn, she will immediately apply Taunt, Defense Up, Immunity, and Safeguard to herself so even if the enemy gets through all the Evades she’ll still be tough to overcome.
On her Second Turn, she will prolong the duration of the Taunt by 2 turns and apply more Evades to herself. On top of that, she will damage every enemy and apply Trauma.
Her Passive Ability allows her to apply 5 Evades on one adjacent New Avengers ally on Spawn and grants more Damage and Max Health to her New Avenger allies.
Most of the benefits mentioned above are for the War game mode, outside of that her survivability drastically decreases, but her high stats should still allow her to be a decent enough character. And New Avengers are confirmed to be required for the next Legendary.
