In my opinion, the Striker ISO-8 class is the only viable option for Doctor Doom. You want him to do additional attacks whenever possible.
However, since he has an AOE attack, the Raider class is also acceptable.

Doctor Doom needs all abilities at maximum level to be fully effective! Spending T4 on a Legendary Dark Dimension character is always justified.
