Iso-8

Peter B. is a perfect example of a Support character since most of his abilities either heal his teammates, clear negative effects from them, or both. As a solo character, he could be a Healer to improve that even further.

With his Spider-Society team and all of the bonuses he will gain from them in Raids, he will be great as a Raider.

T4 Priority

P – Passive ability

U – Ultimate ability

S – Special ability

B – Basic ability

Passive – His Passive will apply +1 Safeguard to himself and all Spider-Society allies and will prevent enemies from applying Defense Down to himself and all Spider-Society allies if he has 3 Spider-Society allies or more. (both will work only in Raids) This is essential since Spider-Society is a Raid team.

Ultimate – will apply Immunity to self and all Spider-Society allies which makes this an important upgrade. It will also improve the damage a little and will apply Disrupted for 2 turns (instead of 1)

Special – will call a Hero Spider-Verse ally (with the least Speed Bar) to attack the most injured enemy. This ability has a very short cooldown which will enable him to call for allies often, this will result in a good amount of bonus damage, making the upgrade a recommended one.

Basic – will apply Regeneration to the 2 most injured Hero Spider-Verse allies and Evade to the 2 most injured Spider-Society allies or self. This one isn’t as impactful and can be avoided if you don’t have a lot of T4 Ability materials.

Theory Craft

All right, people, let’s do this one last time: His name is Peter B. Parker, he was bitten by a radioactive spider, and for about 22 years, he thought he was the one and only Spider-Man. We’re pretty sure you know the rest, but just in case… he saved the city, fell in love, got married, saved the city some more, maybe too much. We won’t go into his marriage and dicey money choices (cough – spider-themed restaurant – cough), but just know he handled everything like a champ.

Peter B. Parker is an incredible Support character for his Spider-Society Raid team, all of his Abilities have some form of Healing, even his Passive, which will heal the most injured Hero Spider-Verse allies when any Hero Spider-Verse ally is attacked for 20% of his Max Health, making him one of the best Healers in the game. Other than that, he will also provide support by applying a lot of positive effects, including Safeguard on Spawn (only in Raids)

Basic – Morning Routine

This ability will hit the primary target for damage and will apply Offense Down to them for 2 turns.

Then, it will apply Regeneration to the 2 most injured Hero Spider-Verse allies or self and Evade to the 2 most injured Spider-Society allies or self.

Iso-8/Counterattack/Assist

The safety attack is identical to his Basic, with the only difference being that the damage will be slightly lower.

Special – Mayday’s First Webs

Energy Cost: 3/3

This ability will attack primary and adjacent targets for damage, will clear all Positive Effects from them, and apply Offense Down for 2 turns.

Then, it will clear Heal Block from self and all Spider-Society allies will apply Regeneration to all Hero Spider-Verse and will heal the most injured Hero Spider-Verse ally for 30% of Peter’s own Max Health.

It will also apply Offense up to the Hero Spider-Verse ally with the most damage and will call a Hero Spider-Verse ally to attack the most injured enemy.

Because of the very low cooldown, this ability will be essential, not only will it remove tons of positive effects all of the time, but it will also deal a good amount of damage by calling allies to attack most injured enemy targets, often getting rid of them this way.

Ultimate – Daddy Daughter Day

Energy Cost: 3/6

This ability will attack the primary and adjacent targets dealing a decent amount of damage and applying Offense down and Disrupted to them for 2 turns.

After that, it will clear all negative effects from self and all Hero Spider-Verse allies then will apply Defense Up for 2 turns to them. it will also apply Immunity to all Spider-Society characters.

Then, it will apply Regeneration for 1 turn, another Regeneration for 2 turns, and another Regeneration for 3 turns to the most injured Hero Spider-Verse ally, and will also apply 3 Counter to the Hero Spider-Verse ally with the highest Damage.

After all of that, it will Heal self and all allies for 25% of Peter’s Max Health. In Raids, heal self and all Spider-Society allies for an additional 25% of this character’s Max Health.

Pretty strong Ultimate, that can do a good amount of damage and will strengthen the team. The healing it provides in Raids for Spider-Society will be incredible and will somewhat negate the fact that this team can’t Revive fallen allies.

Passive – Baby On Board

On Spawn:

  • Apply +2 Deathproof, +2 Defense Up, +2 Deflect, and +2 Regeneration to self and all Hero Spider-Verse allies.
  • In Raids, apply +1 Safeguard to self and all Spider-Society allies.

Peter B. provides a lot of Positive effects on Spawn not only to his Spider-Society team but to all Hero Spider-Verse characters. That opens him up as a good plug-and-play character for Hero Spider-Verse teams, so he can be paired with Tangled Web for Crucible, or can go in with Gwenom and Void Knight in Bio Raids or you could even use him with Web-Warriors in War(until you have the full Spider-Society team built up).

On Turn:

  • Prolong the duration of all positive effects by 1 on the most injured Hero Spider-Verse ally.
  • Apply Assist Now to the highest Damage Hero Spider-Verse ally.

When this character or any Hero Spider-Verse ally is attacked:

  • Heal the most injured Hero Spider-Verse ally or self for 20% of this character’s Max Health.
  • If the attacked character had Vulnerable, clear Vulnerable from this character and all Spider-Society allies.

The healing provided from this will be incredible and will outweigh the Healing from his Active abilities in the long run and clearing Vulnerables can be incredibly useful since it protects your team from Iso attacks, which can deal a ton of damage in Raids because the damage is partially based on the Max Health of enemies.

This is also another reason why he can fit in well with other Hero Spider-Verse characters mentioned earlier.

In Raids:

  • Gain an additional +100% Resistance for self and all Spider-Society allies.
  • If this character has 3 or more Spider-Society allies, this character and Spider-Society allies cannot gain Defense Down.

These additional bonuses in Raids will further protect the team from having any negative effects applied to them. And the immunity to Defense Down will substantially increase their sustain.

Passive Stat Boosts:

  • Gain +10% Assist Chance + 10% per Spider-Society ally.
  • Gain +50% Max Health. Spider-Society allies gain +50% Max Health.
  • Gain +50% Resistance. Spider-Society allies gain +50% Resistance.

As usual, Peter can also provide his team with some Stat boosts, in this case Increasing the Max Health and Resistance.

Conclusion

Peter B. Parker is an incredible Support character for his Spider-Society team, but his kit isn’t fully tied to them or Raids. This can make him very good as a Support plug-and-play in other game modes, as long as the team you use has Hero Spider-Verse characters.

One of the most important parts of his Passive is the fact that he can heal the most injured Hero Spider-Verse ally when an enemy attacks a Hero Spider-Verse ally. This constant healing will be incredible, especially once you have high Yellow/Red Stars on Peter B. The increased sustain from this can make his team a pretty decent opponent even outside of Raids.
