Darkhawk hits multiple targets with all of his abilities, and he can Heal himself every time he or an ally land a Crit, that makes him a natural pick for a Raider Class.

Passive – will increase the Crit Damage for him and his whole team. This works only in Raids.
Ultimate – will increase the damage by +25% per each Offense Up on Darkhawk. And will apply Offense Up for 2 turns(instead of 1) to self and all Tech allies.
Special – will spread all(instead of 3) Negative Effects(excluding Stun) from the primary to all adjacent targets, and will apply Offense Up for 2 turns(instead of 1) to self and all Tech allies.

Theory Craft
Controlled by New York native Chris Powell, Darkhawk is an armored alien android of Shi’ar origin. Capable of flight, possessing superhuman strength, speed, and agility, and armed with the ability to fire beams of energy and manipulate force fields, Darkhawk combines these powerful tools with Chris’s finely honed skills as a martial artist to stand toe to toe with the best powered armors in the universe.
Darkhawk is a high armor, high damage Blaster and the source of other P.E.G.A.S.U.S. members’ utility. He not only improves team damage with Offense Up and Counter Buffs on allies but further improves his allies’ effectiveness by spreading negative effects to additional enemies with his Special – a feature that could make him an interesting candidate for theorycrafting on other teams.
Basic – Steel Wing
Attacks primary and adjacent targets for Damage and applies Offense Down for 2 turns. After that, he gains Offense Up
In Raids, this attack has +30% Extra Crit Chance.
ISO – 8/Counter Attack/Assists
Attacks the primary target for Damage and applies Offense Down for 2 Turns. After that he gains Offense Up and Deflect.
In Raids, this attack has +30% Extra Crit Chance. And gains another Deflect.
Special – Raptor Beam
Energy Cost: 3/3
Special ability will spread all Negative Effects(excluding Stun) from the primary to all adjacent targets. After that, it will attack the primary and adjacent targets for Damage and apply 2 turns of Disrupted and Defense Down.
It will also apply 2 Counter to self and all P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies, and Offense Up for 2 turns to self and all Tech allies
Spreading all the Negative Effects(excluding Stun) can be used to your advantage a lot. Like spreading the Ability Block that Iron Man applied or Trauma from Ironheart. A big positive is that this works in all game modes, so it could be used well it Dark Dimensions for instance.
Ultimate – Dark Flurry
Energy Cost: 3/5
Attack all enemies for damage. Get a +25% Damage for each Offense Up on Darkhawk. Apply Offense Up for 2 turns to self and all allies.
In Raids, it will also:
- Reduce Speed Bar for all enemies by 5% + 5% per P.E.G.A.S.U.S. ally.
- Fill Speed Bar for this character and all P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies by 5% + 5% per P.E.G.A.S.U.S. ally.
Passive – Bird of Prey
On self or ally Crit, heal self for 15% of this character’s Max Health. Gain +10% Crit Chance per TECH ally. P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies gain +15% Crit Chance.
When a P.E.G.A.S.U.S. ally uses their Basic Ability, generate 1 Ability Energy for this character and all P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies.
In Raids, it will also:
- Lower the Crit Chance of enemies with Vulnerable by 30%.
- Gain +30% Crit Damage.
- P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies gain +30% Crit Damage.
Conclusion
Darkhawk focuses more on dealing high damage by relying on Critical Hits and having as many stacks of Offense Up as he can. He also provides the Offense Up not only to P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies but to Tech allies as well.
Hie has a very high Armor stat and he can heal himself whenever an ally lands a Crit. Add to that the Deflects he gets when Assisting/Countering and he becomes a very tough opponent to take down.
