Iso-8
Obviously, Captain Marvel needs a Striker ISO-8 class to further increase her incredible damage potential.
T4 Priority
U – Ultimate ability
P – Passive ability
S – Special ability
B – Basic ability
Ultimate – Increased Damage. Usually, I don’t suggest improving abilities that only benefit from damage increase but for Captain Marvel, this can be justified. Her main strength is a strong opening, so it is important to help her have the highest possible damage with her ultimate. It will increase the chance of instant kills at the start of combat which can be crucial for A-Force effectiveness. Spending T4 on Captain Marvel ultimate is not mandatory, though.
Passive – Increased passive damage; remove Evade from all enemies at the end of the turn while in Binary. Improving passive for Captain Marvel can be really helpful against some teams (Young Avengers in WAR for example), so it would be good to improve. It should not be your first priority, but you should have it on your list of secondary goals.

Captain Marvel is significantly improved in her stats to give an advantage to A-Force in AW Offense.
Captain Marvel’s skills practically remained the same with a few slight changes in her passive:
While in Binary, she now clears all Evade before performing an auto-attack at the end of the turn and she cannot be blocked or dodged in War as long as there are at least 2 A-Force allies.
Also, she now permanently increases the HP of A-Force members by an additional 10%.
