Similar to the original Spider-Man, I would equip Miles with Raider ISO-8 class but if you want to be sure that his debuffs will be placed equip him with Skirmisher class.
It is important to say that if you will use this character for DD City Nodes, the Skirmisher class should be a priority for all members of the Web-Warrior team.
