Cyborg should be Striker ISO-8 Class. You can consider Skirmisher a good Class for him, especially when we know how the Kree team works (a lot of assists), but I would go for the first option. He is there to do damage, not to remove buffs or place Vulnerability.

B – Basic ability
At this point, any investment in T4 Abilities is not justified for Kree Cyborg.
