Iso-8
Iron Man (Infinity War) is a great damage dealer with multiple AoE attacks. That positions him well to be a Raider, increasing his Crit Chance and Damage. However, having him as a Striker could be an equal if not a better option since he can Reduce the Speed Bar with his Basic and Iso follow-up attacks.
T4 Priority
U – Ultimate ability
P – Passive ability
S – Special ability
B – Basic ability
Ultimate – will increase the damage if Kestrel is an active ally. And will apply Blind to the primary target for 2 turns(instead of one). But the reason for this upgrade is that in Raids this will also apply Blind to all enemies with Vulnerable effects.
Passive – is quite straightforward, + 30% more damage for P.E.G.A.S.U.S. and Thor (Infinity War) allies. Another +30% damage for P.E.G.A.S.U.S. in Raids. Substantial upgrade for a Raid team, so we can’t skip it.
Special – will slightly increase the damage and also apply Ability Block for 2 turns to the primary target (instead of 1).
Basic – will slightly increase the Reduction to Speed Bar that applies on his Basic attacks (Counters/Assists/Iso follow-up attacks included)

Theory Craft
Ever vigilant of the threats that face his version of Earth, Tony Stark never ceases to iterate on the tools and technology that protect his world. The Mark L suit featured in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War includes Tony’s latest repulsor beam designs but seeks to augment the suit’s overall effectiveness with the addition of improved melee fighting capabilities and reduced suit-up time, thanks to an adaptable new design based on cutting edge nano-technology.
As the P.E.G.A.S.U.S. team’s Brawler, Iron Man (Infinity War) brings high damage and high health. He also plays the role of debuffer and healer, those aspects of his kit reflect this version of Tony Stark’s role as a leader who is willing to put everything on the line for his team.
Basic – Nano Repulsor
Basic Ability will attack the primary and adjacent targets for moderate damage and Reduce their Speed Bar, it will also apply +1 Vulnerable to the primary target (up to a maximum of 3)
Then it will apply Speed Up to himself.
Speed Bar Reduction works only in Raids.
ISO – 8/Counter Attack/Assists:
Attack the primary target for damage and apply Vulnerable (up to a maximum of 3). Reduce the Speed Bar of the primary target.
Then it will apply Speed Up to himself.
Speed Bar Reduction works only in Raids.
Special – Blade Barrage
Energy Cost: 3/3
Attack the primary target for a decent amount of Damage and apply Bleed for 2 turns. Then, rebound chain to 5 adjacent targets dealing Damage and applying Bleed for 2 turns.
After that, it will apply Speed Up for 2 turns on self and all P.E.G.A.S.U.S. and Thor (Infinity War) allies.
In Raids, it will also:
- Apply Ability Block for 2 turns to the primary target.
- Apply an additional Bleed for 2 turns to all secondary attacks.
Ultimate – Infinity Beam
Energy Cost: 3/5
Ultimate Ability will attack all enemies for a lot of Piercing Damage, then clear 3 Positive Effects and apply Defense Down for 2 turns. If Kestrel is an active ally the damage of this attack is doubled.
Then it will:
- Apply Blind for 2 turns to the primary target.
- Spread all positive effects, excluding Taunt and Stealth, from self to Thor (Infinity War) ally.
- Apply Speed Up for 2 turns to self and all P.E.G.A.S.U.S. and Thor (Infinity War) allies
In Raids, it will also:
- Apply Blind to all enemies with Vulnerable
- Spread all positive effects, excluding Taunt and Stealth, from self to all P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies
- This attack is Unavoidable and cannot be blocked.
Passive – Nanotech Upgrades
Gain +30% Damage. Gain +30% Max Health. P.E.G.A.S.U.S. and Thor (Infinity War) allies gain +30% Damage.
When a positive effect is applied to this character, any P.E.G.A.S.U.S. ally, or a Thor (Infinity War) ally, heal all P.E.G.A.S.U.S. and Thor [Infinity War] allies for 3% of this character’s Max Health.
When this character or a P.E.G.A.S.U.S. ally drops below 50% Health:
- Clear Disrupted on that character.
- Apply Speed Up and 2 Deathproof to that character.
- If the ally that dropped below 50% Health was Rescue, apply Stealth to that character and Taunt to this character.
In Raids:
- Gain an additional +30% Damage.
- P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies gain an additional +30% Damage.
- P.E.G.A.S.U.S. allies gain +30% Max Health.
- Lower Resistance by 30% for all enemies with Vulnerable.
Conclusion
While Iron Man’s (Infinity War) Speed Stat is lackluster by modern standards, he can apply Speed Up to himself with all his attacks, so once he starts going he will be hard to stop.
All of his abilities will deal a lot of damage to multiple enemies and apply debuffs like Bleed and Defense Down. On top of that, he can also control enemies with Ability Blocks and Blinds.
His Ultimate attack is strong on its own, but when Kestrel is present it will be devastating due to the doubling of the Piercing Damage.
He can also Heal the team each time a Positive Effect is applied to him, or any P.E.G.A.S.U.S. and Thor (Infinity War) allies. And inspire his allies by clearing Disrupted and applying Speed Up and 2 Deathproof when a P.E.G.A.S.U.S. ally drops below 50% Max Health. If that ally is Rescue he will protect her by also applying Stealth to her and Taunt to himself.
Amazing character for Raids.
