Iso-8
Since all of Storm’s skills affect multiple targets, it is only logical to equip her with Raider ISO-8 class. She is also the fastest character on both Immortal X-Men and Uncanny Avengers teams, so as a Raider, she can prep the enemies by applying Vulnerables to them, which her teammates can later exploit. If you are using her in DD trying to build her charges and execute empowered Ulti against enemy waves, the Striker class is a better option.

Passive – MAxed out Passive will allow Storm to gain +3 Charged on Turn, which will be very beneficial as it will allow her to reach the maximum of 20 possible charged quicker.
Special – On Crucible Offense, if Jean Grey is an ally and Storm has 3 or more Immortal X-Men allies. Or in Raids, if Jean Grey is an ally and Storm has 3 or more Uncanny Avengers allies, this attack will apply Trauma for 2 turns to all enemies. Storm will often start the battle with her Special, and she is quite fast, so having a mass Trauma early on can be quite devastating to the enemies, which makes this ability essential.
Ultimate – is also a great upgrade, albeit it only increases the damage output, but it also increases the damage per charged, so it will add up and having this ability maxed can make a difference.
Basic – surprisingly, Basic is also a great option for an upgrade. It will allow Storm to gain up to 20 Charges. She gains + 2 Charged each time she uses her Basic and without the upgrade the Basic would stop providing Chaged once she hits 15 Charged (other abilities should still Charge her up)
