Iso-8
The Hood is an excellent choice for the Raider class, as he attacks multiple enemies and can perform five basic attacks. Each of these attacks has a chance to crit, dealing more damage and applying additional Vulnerable status to the target. His Ultimate also strikes three times, further reinforcing his suitability for the Raider Iso-8 Class.
T4 Priority
P – Passive ability
U – Ultimate ability
S – Special ability
B – Basic ability
Passive – When The Hood or an Accursed ally successfully attacks, he applies Heal Block to each target hit. In Crucible, if The Hood has three or more Accursed allies, enemies cannot gain Charged. This limitation directly affects several powerful characters, most notably Odin, making the upgrade to his Passive ability essential.
Ultimate – Deal slightly more damage, but the key improvement is that The Hood will perform this attack twice instead of once. This means it will inflict significantly more damage on the primary and adjacent targets overall.
Special – Deal increased damage to the primary and adjacent targets. If the primary target does not have Ability Block, The Hood will deliver a bonus attack to that target, causing double the amount of damage to the primary target. Since The Hood applies Ability Block to the primary target with his Special, if that application fails, he will attack the primary target once more.

About Character
The Hood, also known as Parker Robbins, is a fascinating character from the Marvel Universe. He starts as a small-time criminal in New York City, struggling to make ends meet. His life takes a dramatic turn when he encounters a Nisanti demon and steals its mystical cloak and boots, which grant him the powers of levitation and invisibility.
With these newfound abilities, Parker adopts the alias “The Hood” and quickly rises through the ranks of the criminal underworld. Unlike many other villains, The Hood is driven by a desire to provide for his family, adding a layer of complexity to his character. His ambitions lead him to form a criminal syndicate, bringing together various supervillains under his leadership.
The Hood’s story explores themes of power, corruption, and the blurred lines between heroism and villainy. His interactions with other Marvel characters, including Spider-Man, Iron Man, and the Avengers, often place him at the center of major conflicts within the Marvel Universe. As a character, The Hood embodies the struggle between good intentions and the temptations of power, making him a compelling figure in Marvel’s rich tapestry of heroes and villains.
The Hood, empowered by a hex from Dormammu, inflicts devastating curses on his enemies through every Accurse attack.
When The Hood or any of his Accursed allies successfully attack, they impose Bleed and Heal Block on the targets they strike. His Basic ability is particularly potent, delivering an initial attack followed by five bonus attacks. This relentless assault enables him to bypass defensive effects like Evade and Deflect with ease.
