Iso-8
There is only one option for Kang the Conqueror when we think about his Iso-8.
Raider is the ideal Iso-8 for him. Kang, as a Raider, will always Crit, and when we think about it – we can figure out why Raider is the best choice. He has devastating Piercing attacks, can attack multiple targets, and at every turn attacks all enemies. With Kang as a Raider, every time he plays, all enemies will have Vulnerability.
Put a Raider Iso-8 on Kang. It is the best choice, and you will not regret it.
T4 Priority
P – Passive ability
U – Ultimate ability
S – Special ability
B – Basic ability
Passive – On Max level, Kang will gain a 10% Speed Bar whenever any enemy gains Speed Up. It is a good upgrade that will allow him to play more often and faster when Masters of Evil are fighting teams that can Speed Up their forces. It only works in Crucible Offense.
Ultimate – Upgrading Ultimate on Max level will allow Kang to clear all Barriers and Deathproofs from enemies (CC Offense). It is a crucial upgrade for the Masters of Evil team when players use them in Crucible Offense.
Special – It will clear all Barriers from primary and adjacent targets but only work in Crucible Offense. It can be handy for that game mode when facing a team that hides behind Barriers.

Theory Craft
Kang is the Blaster of the Masters of Evil team with high Damage and Speed stats. Speed Bar manipulation is one of his best strengths. Of course, like his whole team, he specialized in the CC, especially Offense mode.
Basic – Temporal Blow
His Basic attack ignores Defense Up, and the target can’t counterattack it. It is a Piercing and powerful strike which will increase his Speed by 20% if the target has Vulnerable.
ISO – 8/Counterattack/Assists:
Same as a Basic attack, with little less Piercing damage.
Special – Foreseen Strikes
Kang Special costs 4 Energy and can use in the first turn. He will attack primary and adjacent targets with Piercing damage and gain Evade per Critical. Attack will ignore Defense Up. On Crucible Offense, he will clear Barrier from primary and adjacent targets.
In Crucible, this attack will apply Slow on targets he hit and 2 Offense Up to himself and all Masters of Evil allies.
As we can see, Kang will provide Offense Up to his team – that’s great.
Ultimate – Time’s Up
Ultimate is a little more costly: 6 Energy. Kang is able to use it on his 2nd turn. It is a piercing attack that will damage all enemies and remove 3 positive effects. This attack ignores Defense Up, and if someone is a kill by it, it is a permanent death (no revives).
On Crucible Offense, Kang Ultimate clears Barriers and Deathproves from all enemies.
We mentioned Speed manipulation at the beginning of the article. In the Crucible, we will witness that. It will reduce the Speed Bar from all enemies by 10% and applies 2 Speed Up to self and all Masters of Evil allies. On top of that, it is unavoidable and cannot be blocked.
Kang Signature moves in this game mode. It will crack enemies and turn the battlefield on the Masters of Evil’s side.
Passive – Time Warlord
Kang Passive allows him to attack all enemies with Piercing damage on his every turn. It is not colossal damage, but it will count. He will gain +40% Crit damage (Masters of Evil allies will get +10%) and increase Crit chance by +20% to the whole Masters of Evil team.
In Cosmic Crucible, he will clear Speed Up from all enemies on a turn. Gain +20% Crit Chance and +10% Crit Damage for self or any Masters of Evil ally with Offense Up.
On Crucible Offense, Passive will provide loads of benefits for Kand and his Masters of Evil team:
On Spawn, apply Speed Up for 2 turns, gain an additional +20% Crit chance, and +10% Crit Damage to the whole team. When any enemy gains Speed Up, fill the Speed Bar for this character by 10%.
As we can see, the Masters of Evil is an offensive-oriented Crucible team, and Kang the Konqueror’s Passive buffs made them what they are.
He will increase Crit chance, and some of them will have huge benefits from Crit (Titania); Increase Crit Damage, manipulate with Speed Bars of enemies and teammates; increasing offensive capabilities of the whole team.
