Vulture is an excellent Raider because he attacks multiple targets with both his Special and Ultimate abilities. In most cases, he will play first, so using the Raider class allows us to maximize the damage he deals to multiple enemies. Additionally, if Vulture lands critical hits, he can apply Vulnerable status effects. This makes him an ideal setup for Insidious Six Striker characters who go after him, enabling them to exploit those Vulnerables for even more impact.

T4 Priority

P – Passive ability

S – Special ability

B – Basic ability

U – Ultimate ability

Passive – Fill his Speed Bar by 25% (previously 10%) on any Death, allowing him to take turns more frequently when we start eliminating opponents. If Vulture is teamed with at least 2 Insidious Six or 2 Superior Six allies, all of his Sinister Six allies (which includes the entire Insidious Six team, as they are also Sinister Six members) will receive 50% Drain (previously 25%). This enhancement provides better sustain for the entire team. Additionally, on Spawn, if Vulture has 2 Insidious Six allies, he will fill the Speed Bar of Shocker and all other Insidious Six allies by 10%, enabling the team to act earlier at the start of battles.

Special – He will deal increased damage, making him more effective in combat. Additionally, the ability will apply Offense Down to the primary and adjacent targets for 2 turns consistently, rather than the previous range of 1-2 turns. Furthermore, it will always apply Slow to all enemies he hits, improving from the previous 70% chance. This upgrade significantly enhances Vulture’s reliability as a control-focused character, making it a crucial improvement for his effectiveness in battles.

Basic – Will enhance its damage output. While there are no additional effects, the upgrade becomes impactful due to his ability to deal extra damage for each negative effect on the primary target. This makes the improvement particularly valuable in scenarios where the target is afflicted with multiple debuffs.

Ultimate – Significantly enhances its damage output, making it a valuable improvement. This upgrade is particularly effective because Vulture’s Ultimate deals additional damage to all targets with less than 50% health. By increasing the overall damage, the ability becomes even more impactful and efficient in combat scenarios.

About Character

Vulture, one of Marvel’s most intriguing villains, is a character who combines cunning intellect with a menacing presence. He has become a notable adversary for Spider-Man, showcasing a unique blend of technology and desperation.

The man behind the wings is Adrian Toomes, an elderly inventor with a knack for engineering. After being betrayed by his business partner and left financially ruined, Toomes turns to crime, using his self-designed electromagnetic flight suit to soar through the skies. The suit not only grants him the ability to fly but also enhances his strength, making him a formidable foe despite his age.

What makes Vulture compelling is his motivation. Unlike many villains driven purely by greed or chaos, Toomes’ descent into crime stems from betrayal and survival. This adds layers to his character, making him more relatable and tragic. He’s not just a man in a costume; he’s someone who felt cornered by life and chose to fight back in the only way he knew how.

Over the years, Vulture has appeared in various storylines, often challenging Spider-Man’s agility and quick thinking with his aerial prowess. His battles with the web-slinger are thrilling, as they often take place high above the city, creating visually stunning and heart-pounding moments.

Vulture’s story is a reminder that not all villains start out evil; sometimes, circumstances push them down a dark path. With his sharp mind, advanced technology, and emotional depth, Vulture remains a fascinating character in Marvel’s vast gallery of rogues. Whether soaring above New York City or scheming from the shadows, he continues to challenge Spider-Man and captivate fans around the world.

Vulture is a Brawler who can passively gain Speed Bar whenever an enemy is defeated, allowing him to act more frequently. At the start of a battle, he can fill his Speed Bar if facing Hero enemies, enabling him to take the first turn or act among the earliest. In addition to his ability to boost his own and the Speed Bar of his team, Vulture can also reduce the Speed Bar of opponents and is capable of applying Slow to multiple enemies, limiting their frequency of actions. Furthermore, Vulture significantly contributes to his team’s sustain by granting passive Drain to all allies, allowing them to heal themselves when dealing damage to enemies.
