Iso-8
Jubilee is an excellent Striker, especially when she’s part of the Exalted X-Men team, since her Iso-8 attack can apply Blind to an enemy. She also has potential as a Raider, with her Ultimate targeting all opponents, which could benefit from increased Crit Chance and Crit Damage. However, Striker tends to be the better option, as her Special can deal significant damage to a single enemy, and combining that with the extra hit from her Iso-8 attack can often result in eliminating key threats. Striker maximizes her single-target burst and reliably leverages her debuffing abilities, making it the recommended choice for most team compositions.
T4 Priority
P – Passive ability
U – Ultimate ability
S – Special ability
B – Basic ability
Passive – When Jubilee’s Passive is fully upgraded, the first time she or any non-Support Exalted X-Men ally drops below 50% Max Health, she will automatically apply Defense Up for 1 turn and Stealth for 2 turns to that character. Additionally, in Crucible, she will also provide Barrier and Heal to that character for 15% of her own Max Health. This is an excellent upgrade, as it passively boosts both the Exalted X-Men team’s sustain and mitigation, helping them survive critical moments.
Ultimate – With her Ultimate fully upgraded, Jubilee will deal increased damage to all enemies and reduce the Speed Bar of the primary target by 25% instead of 15%. Against teams that don’t block Speed Bar manipulation, this is an excellent upgrade, giving you even greater control over turn order and momentum. However, since many teams—especially in Crucible—can prevent Speed Bar reduction, this upgrade isn’t essential in every matchup, but it’s still a strong improvement for the right situations.
Special – Max level Special will allow Jubilee to deal increased damage and apply Offense Up to herself and all X-Men allies (up from three random X-Men allies or herself). This means the entire team benefits from Offense Up whenever Jubilee uses her Special, not just three characters. It’s a solid upgrade that boosts the offensive potential of the whole squad.

About Character
Bursting onto the scene with her trademark sunglasses and a flash of neon, Jubilee embodies the very spirit of youthful rebellion and hope within the X-Men. Her life took a dramatic turn after tragedy struck her family, forcing her to fend for herself in the shopping malls of California. It was there, amidst the chaos and crowds, that her mutant powers first manifested—dazzling bursts of energy that she would later wield as both a shield and a weapon.
Jubilee’s addition to the X-Men brought a fresh perspective and a contagious zest for life. She forged a close bond with Wolverine, becoming his loyal companion and proving time and again that she was more than just the “kid” of the team. Whether charging headfirst into danger or lightening the mood with her quirky sense of humor, Jubilee’s courage and creativity have saved the day on more than one occasion.
Her journey has been anything but ordinary. Stripped of her powers during one of the darkest chapters for mutantkind, she faced new challenges as a vampire, battling inner demons while never losing her innate optimism. Even when her own light seemed dimmed, Jubilee’s resolve shone through, and she eventually reclaimed her mutant gifts—stronger and more determined than ever.
Today, Jubilee stands as a beacon of resilience and positivity. She reminds her fellow X-Men—and all who know her—that hope can spark even in the darkest moments, and that sometimes, the brightest fireworks come from the most unexpected places.
Jubilee is a Legendary Controller, blending disruptive control with notable damage potential. She can both passively and actively grant Assist Now and Offense Up to herself and her X-Men allies, amplifying the team’s offensive capabilities. Jubilee excels at spreading negative effects across the enemy team (if she manages to kill the primary target with her Special), reducing an opponent’s Speed Bar while stunning them, applying Slow to all enemies, and even inflicting Blind on key targets to disrupt their attacks.
Her influence on the flow of battle is especially apparent when an opponent is defeated—Jubilee passively fills the Speed Bar for herself and her Exalted X-Men teammates, ensuring the team keeps up the pressure. When she finds herself in danger, and her Health drops below 50%, she automatically empowers Wolverine by granting him Offense Up and 1 Ability Energy, giving him the boost he needs to strike back.
Jubilee also provides vital support, passively watching over her non-Support Exalted X-Men allies. Whenever one of them (apart from Angel, the Support) drops below half health, Jubilee immediately applies Defense Up and Stealth to help them survive. In the Cosmic Crucible game mode, she further enhances their resilience by granting Barrier and a burst of healing. While she may not be the fastest character, Jubilee’s versatile toolkit and synergy make her an indispensable part of the Exalted X-Men lineup, capable of turning the tide of battle with her timely buffs, debuffs, and strategic support.
