The best Iso-8 for Bucky Burnes is Striker. We want to increase his main strength – Damage.
We know that he will always assist Captain America (WW II) when Cap is attacking with Basic. So we can create some synergy there with Captain as Striker and Bucky as Skirmisher. But it will not be good in my opinion. We will reduce Bucky’s damage, and he does not need Skirmisher because when he applies those Disrupts, he already has increased Focus. Captain America (WW II) will not use his Basic attack often, and all those factors tell us to go with Bucky as Striker.
To put it simply – he will benefit most from Striker Iso-8 Class.

Passive – It will fill his Speed Bar by 50% when Bucky stays without Charged. We need him to play often, so this is a valuable upgrade.
Special – upgrading Bucky Spacial will be worthy because he will provide Offense Up for 2 turns to the whole Invader team. Do not forget that he will also gain more damage.
Bucky Barnes is a Blaster who provides extra damage to the Invader team. But he also has some Controler features, which allow him to break down the enemy defense and shut down danger they can produce to your Invader team. This character will work on Charge mechanics, which gives him more shots at enemies. He is an engaging character, so let’s not waste more time and let us check his Abilities.
Basic – Battle Rifle
With Basic, Bucky will attack the primary target and prolong all negativities, excluding Ability Block, Stun, and Trauma (in Raids, he will prolong those mentioned effects).
If Charged, he will chain to an adjacent target and do the same. He will Lose 1 Charged for the first attack and each subsequent attack.
Counterattack doesn’t work against his Basic. That allows him to attack various enemies without fear of being destroyed by counters.
Same as Basic, he will prolong all negative effects, excluding Ability Block, Stun, and Trauma (in Raids, he will prolong everything).
Special – Buck Shot
Bucky Barnes Special attack costs 3 Energy, and he can use it at the start of the combat. Firstly he will apply Offense Up to the whole Invader team for two turns. Then he will start with his “dance.”
He will attack a primary target with moderate damage, and for each Charged, he will repeat this attack against a different adjacent target, up to a maximum of 5. Repeat attacks ignore Stealth. Every time he switches to another target, he will loses one Charged. I need to mention that Bucky Special cannot be blocked.
In Raids, he will Clear Taunt from targets and apply to Disrupt for two turns on them. This attack will have a high focus bonus – enemies practically have a zero chance to resist it.
Low CD; hard damage; clear Taunts from enemy Protectors; apply Disrupt to prevent them from gaining Buffs; hitting five targets – exceptional ability!
Ultimate – Garand Ole Time
Ultimate costs five Energy, and Bucky can use it at the start of the combat.
His Ultimate works similarly to his Special. He will again jump to adjacent targets for each Charged he has, with a maximum of five. This time he will do Piercing Damage and apply Bleed. He will again clear Taunts if targets have them (in Raids). It is an unavoidable attack and cannot be blocked.
Passive – Plucky Sidekick
At the start of combat, Bucky will gain eight Charged. At the end of any character turn, if he doesn’t have any Charged, he will apply Offense down to all enemies, fill Speed Bar by 50%, and gain eight Charged. That means he will always have Charged, and it is in your interest to burn them as fast as possible.
Bucky will passively provide damage to Invaders – +20%; +60% in Raids.
He is a Blaster with some Controller feats, and it seems he can destroy enemies with his Charged-based playstyle. Invaders are a team created for Raids, and they will have a colossal stats boost in that game mode. So we expect only the best of them when we talk about Raids. So we know they will have enough damage to dismantle anyone. Adding those stats to Bucky’s ability to leave enemies without protection can only mean that Invaders will destroy Skill nodes in Doom Raids.
