There are two choices.
Raider – best possible solution for her (on first look) because she benefits a lot from Crit, and by picking a Raider Class, we can increase that Critical Strike rating and Damage. If she is a Raider, she can get Ability Energy more often, have an easier time placing Debuffs, and have an even higher Critical Strike rating and Damage.
Striker – good solution because she does not have multi-target attacks. Having all single-target attacks can be beneficial for the Striker more than for a Raider. She will always have a high Crit Chance, not so high as Raider, but probably high enough to Crit often.
When we know all Masters of Evil and what they can do, Titania Iso-8 is obvious. The Striker will give her the most benefits. Raider is fine, but then she will have 2much Crit. Kang Passive will provide enough Crit chance. With every counter, her Critical odds will increase, and she will have a ton of Counters (thanks to Absorbing Man). When we add everything, she will have more Crit than she needs. Her attacks are single-target, so she will not have a chance to put Vulnerability on more the one target at a time.
Go with Titania as Striker.

Passive – By maxing Passive Ability, she will get 10% Speed on Spawn, and whenever Masters of Evil ally has a turn, she will gain one Deflect and Counter (in CC). It is must have upgrade if you want her to work well in Cosmic Crucible.
Those Buffs are essential for many reasons. Firstly she will have increased Crit Chance and Crit Damage. Secondly, whenever she gets them (trust me, in CC she will get a ton of Deflects and Counters) her speed bar will increase (that means she will play more often), and self-healing will activate.
Special – Damage done is increased with Special on max, but more important is that she will gain Safeguard if her target has it. With Safeguard, no one can remove all those Deflects and Counters from her.

Theory Craft
With the new Patch, among other characters, Ultron is buffed. His kit improved alongside some stats buffs, and now he is the god for the Cosmic Crucible. We are getting a new character Titania to be his pair in that game mode. They are forming new “Masters of Evil” team, the duo supposed to crush across enemies in CC. She will go through our inspection to see if we have reasons to be excited.
Basic – Clout Chaser
With her Basic, she will attack the enemy and clear one negative effect from herself. In CC, if she Crits, she will gain two Ability Energy and clear two additional negativities from herself.
Special – Too God For You
She will attack the primary target with a good amount of Damage and clear all Negative effects from herself on Crit. During the attack, she will copy and remove all positivities (Taunt excluded) from the target and gain Defense Up.
In Crucible, this attack will be “a little” buffed. If the target has a Safeguard, she will gain a Safeguard. Defense Up is not enough for her, so she will gain Offense Up and Speed Up.
Ultimate – Shashing Selfie
Nice amount of Damage; applying Ability Block, Disrupt, Heal Block; getting an enormous amount of Focus if Crits give target no chance to Resist those Debuffs.
An unvoidable attack that enemies can’t Block. In Crucible, she will double the amount of Debuffs. The only bad thing is that this is a single-target attack.
Passive – Vanity Queen
Her Passive is fascinating because she will apply one Counter on the turn, and one Deflect on Crit, so she can exploit those buffs to get an increased Crit Chance and Damage (10% Crit Chance per Counter, and 10% Crit Damage per Deflect). It will be good synergy between those buffs, especially in CC, where she gets one of each on Spawn and whenever Ultron (or his Minions) has a turn. That means she will almost always have 5 Counters and Deflects (the max number) in Cosmic Crucible, so her Crit Chance and Crit Damage will be astonishing.
Combine that with the fact that she is filling +10% Health and getting +10% on Speed Bar whenever she gets Buffs, and you will have a powerhouse for CC. She will manipulate Speed Bar, play more often than anyone else, and have surprisingly good sustain.
Other nice buffs from her Passive are Defense Up on Spawn for herself and Masters of Evil teammates and 25% more Health (50% in Crucible, for Masters of Evil allies also). She will also apply Slow to attackers when they attack her or Masters of Evil Protector.
Titania is amazing in CC. She is a single-target nuker who benefits from Critical stat and can destroy anyone with her powerful attacks. She can clear Debuffs from herself, remove Buffs from enemies, and place powerful Debuffs, while constantly manipulating the Speed Bar.
Right now, we have some Excellent teams for Cosmic Crucible, and this Evil team will be ready for the rumble. Those two can crush the defensive plans of every opponent you are facing or become an impenetrable wall for an opponent’s attacks. I am excited to see who from our big rooster we will pick up to join this mighty duo and which teams they can crush.
