Passive – Increased Damage with passive attacks and increased Damage against Villain Tech. He will also increase the Max Health of the Illuminati characters, when used in Crucible, which makes this upgrade a worthy one.
Ultimate – will just increase his damage, but this attack hits all enemies so improving it is important.
Special – will also get a damage increase and after the rework, this attack will hit the primary and adjacent targets in Crucible, so this upgrade will offer some value, so if you have spare T4s you can max this ability.
