Biography

Sai is a wandering Japanese ninja warrior and a mutant with peculiar mental abilities. She has telepathy but can also conjure weapons from psi energy. Her martial skills and powers make her one of the deadliest duelists in any timeline.

Psylocke was hunting down monsters and demons with Logan, her wolf companion when the quantum entanglement happened. It pulled them from their reality. The Collector managed to imprison them, but Sai and Logan escaped, as they found new allies. Now, they are working towards fixing this paradox stream and returning home.

Abilities

• PSIONIC CROSSBOW (LClick) – Unleash bolts with psionic crossbows to damage enemies and reduce the cooldowns of all her abilities. Her main attack is great for pocking but has a short range, so be sure to get closer to the enemy.
  
• WING SHURIKENS (RClick) – Launch a volley of psionic shurikens that stick to enemies, dealing damage and granting herself Bonus Health. Press again to recall the shurikens. It does more damage on the way back. When you combo it with your LClick you will burst the target in no time.
  
• DANCE OF THE BUTTERFLY (Q) – Slash nearby enemies with a psionic katana, dealing massive damage. Know that the more targets you catch, the lesser the chance to actually kill someone, that’s why sometimes it is smarter to use it on one big target like Vanguard or 2 or 3 squishy ones.
  
• PSI-BLADE DASH (LShift) – Dash forward and slice through enemies along the path with psionic blades. You have 2 on them and as much as this is a great tool for engaging, it’s even better for running from dangerous spots.
  
• PSYCHIC STEALTH (E) – Enter stealth and gain a Movement Boost. Best ability for dodging those long lines of sight because you really want to avoid them with this hero, and it is also amazing at surprising enemies especially strategists who will have no time to react when you pop up from stealth in their faces.
  
• PSIONIC DISC – Team-Up Ability – When Magik is on the field, Black Panther and Psylocke can tap into Limbo to rewind a few seconds back to a previous position; after passing through Limbo, Black Panther and Psylocke will gain bonus health based on missing health. When you have this bonus ability in your tool you will feel like u have 9 lives like a cat.

Strengths

Psylocke is the most consistent flanker in the game, she is amazing at fast engaging, and even faster at disengaging when she is in danger. Because she has invisibility, her greatest feature is surprising enemies from angles they don’t expect you from.

One more thing she is amazing at, and it is not often relatable with flankers, is dealing consistent damage to tanks because her left and right clicks have a large spread and Vanguards are big enough to catch all of it.

Weaknesses

Her biggest weakness is the fact that she is squishy and if she gets frozen, stunned or any CC for a matter of fact, she is probably dead.

Counters

Loki, Winter Soldier

Loki is the biggest problem for her, every ability counters her because you have to waste time shooting clones, then he can disappear and if that’s not enough he has immortality.

Due to Bucky getting shields from every ability he uses, and having three of them, it’s very hard to kill him as Psylocke.

Team-Ups

Magik makes Psy unkillable by giving her one more ability to get out of tricky situations. She gets recalled back in time and gets bonus hp. After 2 dashes and invisibility now she can turn back time, Strategist’s worst nightmare.

Synergy

Any character that can flank with her would do great, but even in slower comps Psylocke can find her place, just needs to be more patient.

Tips and Tricks

Her RClick, Wing Shurikens, after you throw them follow your crosshair on their way back, so even if u missed the target the first time, remember to aim at the enemy when they are coming back.

Her greatest combo is LClick – RClick – LShift, and her dash pulls shurikens back to you so you don’t even have to bother to manually do it. Some Strategists have 275 hp so you will have to finish them off with some melee or LClick again.

Remember that he can use her LShift in any direction so feel free to use it to get to higher ground and surprise enemies.

The Dance Of The Butterfly, her ult, spreads randomly so know that if u catch many targets, if they are not low hp, it will hardy secure kills but if u have only sqishies, u can even kill Luna Snow in her ult if she is alone in it.

Also, she is very vulnerable for a moment after she uses her ult, but she can’t be killed after the animation starts.
