Biography

When an Atlantean colossal wounded creature nearly caused a tsunami, Luna Snow happened to be performing live nearby. She used her ice powers to hold back the rushing water and also healed the beast, saving everyone and everything.

She is a K-Pop star and a fighter, staying cool not only because of her ice superpowers. She is a member of the Agents of Atlas team and has earned the title of a superhero, although she is also a music diplomat.

Abilities

Normal Attack (Left Click): Light & Dark Ice –Fire ice shots that damage enemies or heal allies. Be active all the time with it, if you don’t have to heal, shoot the enemies. This way you will charge your ult faster, and we all know how important ults are in this game.

• Soul Resurgence (Q) – Take center stage and toggle between two performances: Heal allies or grant them Damage Boost. An ability that can easily not only save your team from dying to the most lethal abilities but also buff your team’s damage letting them cut through the enemy team! A real game-changer, usually which Luna gets ult first will win you the fight.
  Counters a lot of ult like The Punishers’ Final Judgement or Storm’s Omega Hurricane. But not smart to use against one-shot ults Like Iron Man or Magneto have.
  
  
• Ice Arts (LShift) – Fire ice shards for a short duration, damaging enemies or healing allies while restoring her own health. This ability will save your life so many times especially when you are getting dived because you can heal yourself while shooting, this will mean that they are gonna need a lot of time to finish you off and time is one thing dive heroes don’t have.
  
  
• Share the Stage (E) – Attach Idol Aura to an ally. Allies with Idol Aura also restore Health when Luna Snow is healing others. This ability makes Luna Snow a perfect healer to pair with flying heroes and heroes who spend time in the enemy’s backline because you can heal them while shooting your Vanguard and don’t waste time and resources.
  
  
• Absolute Zero (Right Click) – Cast a clump of ice to freeze the hit enemy and restore health. Timing this ability properly can interrupt numerous deadly abilities, such as Scarlet Witch’s ultimate ability for instance! Don’t rush them at the beginning until you get used to it.
  
  
• Cryo Heart (Passive) – Automatically restores Health when casting Ice Arts or Absolute Zero. This passive makes Luna so hard to kill and that’s why she will always be reliable.
  
  
• Smooth Skate (Passive) – Move forward to start ice skating, giving you increased Movement Speed. Amazing for going fast from spawn to objective but also for repositioning yourself in a fight.
  
  
• Icy Disco (Passive) – Team Up Ability – Luna Snow infuses ice energy into Namor, who can tap into the ice energy to power up abilities at will. He gets a new turret that can protect his backline including you from flanking enemies.

Strengths

Luna Snow is a healer that has an impressive healing output. On top of that, this hero can also keep flying heroes alive, as well as flanking Duelists and diving Vanguards! You can say that she is the most reliable pick, and also a very good hero to start your Strategist adventure.

Weaknesses

Outside of Absolute Zero (Right Click) she has no way of dealing with flanking Duelists and divers!

Team-Ups

Despite Luna Snow not having any benefit from her Team-Up, Namor will become a true defender of points that will make it borderline impossible for enemies to stop!

When Jeff the Land Shark uses Luna’s Team-Up ability, he will leave small pools of ice that will slow enemies, which, unfortunately, still doesn’t make Jeff that strong.

Counters

Hela, Magneto, Spider Man

Due to Hela’s long range, and Luna’s weakness to it, she is hard to play against. The best advice here is to always know where she is, and try to avoid her line of sight and always position yourself close to cover to not get bursted.

But behind the cover lays another problem, flanking mister Peter Parker who is always waiting for you to make tiny mistake that he can take advantage of. Even tho you have stun ability it’s very hard to hit Spidey with it, if you do you are fine, but if you don’t you gonna have big problems because he can easily one shot combo you.

If you missed your stun I suggest shooting back and asking for help from your support and duelist to deal with him.

Magneto is not a direct counter but he has a projected shield that he can cast on flanking characters, and because u rely on your Ice Arts (LShift) to deal with them, he can just protect them from it when timed right. Also, magneto can easily kill you with his C ability because it has an enormous range and you are not that hard to hit.

Synergy

Luna Snow fits perfectly in Dive composition as she can keep her Vanguards and Duelists alive even when they are not in her line of sight. But you can make her work in any comp just need to position accordingly to your team comp.

Tips and Tricks

Save your Absolute Zero (Right Click) ability for stopping enemy ultimate abilities and diving threats.

Use your Share the Stage (E) ability on flying teammates or diving tanks and Duelists, depending on your team composition.

Make sure to toggle your ultimate to Damage Boost as well instead of leaving it on heal as it gives a huge boost to your team’s damage!
