Biography

Natasha Romanova is the world’s most elite spy in any era. Her mastery of the sniper rifle eliminates targets from afar, while her shock batons neutralize close-range threats. Black Widow is locked, loaded, and ready to deliver a fatal bite!

Trained from childhood in the infamous Red Room, Natasha Romanova became one of the most feared spies and saboteurs in the world. For years, she put her unrivaled combat skills to use as a member of the Avengers, keeping pace with some of the most powerful beings who ever lived. Imbued with supersoldier-like treatments that vastly extended her lifespan, Black Widow outlived most of her enemies & allies. But her fight still rages on decades into the future, where she leads the Red Room in its ongoing effort to overthrow the tyrannical Doom 2099.

Abilities

Abilities:

• Widows Bite Batoon (LClick) – Her secondary melee weapon for close range, because dealing with close-range targets is sometimes rough with a sniper rifle.
  
• Red Room Rifle (LClick) – her main weapon, a big sniper rifle, that you can scope for more distance and easier way to hit targets.
  
• Fleet Foot (LShift) – Run forward to enable a powerful jump. You can use this to reposition yourself all the time because you want them to guess the angle you are gonna shoot from. Also sometimes you just have to run from divers but know that even those it doesn’t have a cooldown it has a charge so you can not use it all the time.
  
• Edge Dancer (E) – Unleash a spinning kick to launch up enemies. Landing the hit will allow her to zip to the target with a grappling hook for a second kick. People often forget to use this but against squishy enemies is really good, especially if you hit one shot on them.
  
  
• Supensensory Hunt – Team-Up Ability – Hawkeye can share his Hunter’s Sight with Black Widow, enabling her to catch sight of and damage afterimages of enemies. These two are Marvel Rivals Wido and Hanzo, they will always know where you are and be one step ahead.

Strengths

Natasha is FPS hero, which means if you are insane at hitting your shots, you will win games and climb rank in no time. No matter what’s against you if your crosshair is on their head they will be no trouble.

Weaknesses

She is a squishy hero who likes to keep her distance so a hard dive against her is gonna be a problem.

Counters

Spider-Man, Star-Lord, Venom, Hulk, Psylocke

Like Overwatch players already learned, Widow’s worst enemies are fast-dive characters, that can avoid the front line and jump you no matter how far you stand.

In this game, there are a lot of them unfortunately for Black Widow players.

Against Spidey, I would recommend playing around your Strategists and call for help when you need it. Try to make him go for dangerous plays to kill you.

Venom and Hulk are, D.Va and Winston of Marvel Rivals, the best advice I can give you is to save your movement abilities to use them after they jump on you because there is no way in hell you can burst them down alone, especially if they are together.

Marvel Rivals Tracer, Star-Lord is another problem, of course, you can always hope you can out-aim him, but you will after some time get to the rank where all of you have pretty much the same shooting abilities it’s the utility usage that will decide who is better. Here I suggest trying to keep him at a distance because it feels uncomfortable for him, and if he gets close use her movement abilities to separate.

Synergy

Mantis

Giving Black Widow a damage boost makes her one-shot most of the Duelists and Strategists in the game and we all know what that means. People underestimate how good this combo is especially on long-range maps.

Team Up

If you have Hawkeye on your team it gives you his ult as your ability but the weaker version of course. The best way to utilize this is against fast-moving targets, making them easy to hit.

Tips and Tricks

Practice your shots, this hero highly depends on aim.

Try to ask or duo with Mantis, it will make night and day change to have her in your team.

Don’t forget to use your abilities, I know it sometimes feels like you have an AWP and playing a totally different game when you scope with her.

Try to practice quick scope because you want to have as much of a field view as u can due to the fact that someone is probably trying to flank or dive you.
